Discovery and user research

We start by understanding who uses your site and what they’re trying to do. Stakeholder interviews, competitor review, and analysis of your existing analytics if you have them. The output is a clear picture of who we’re designing for and what success looks like.

Information architecture and wireframing

Before visual design, we map the structure — what pages exist, how they connect, and what each one needs to do. Wireframes let you react to the layout and the user journey while changes are still cheap.

UI and visual design

Interface design that matches your brand and guides users toward action. Every screen is designed responsive-first, so it works as well on a phone as on a desktop. You review and give feedback at each stage.

Development

We build on the right platform for your project. Most business websites go on WordPress, where we build custom themes rather than adapting off-the-shelf ones. For projects with heavier requirements, we use Laravel, Django or React and Vue. Front-end work is hand-coded HTML and CSS — no bloated builders slowing the site down.

Accessibility

Website redesign services

If you already have a website that isn’t performing, a redesign is usually a better investment than starting over. We audit the current site first — what’s working, what’s losing visitors, and where the technical problems sit — then rebuild around the answers.

We map every existing URL, set up redirects and carry across your page titles, meta descriptions and internal links, so the search rankings you’ve already earned come with you. Most clients come to us because their site is slow, doesn’t work properly on mobile, can’t be updated without a developer, or simply looks dated next to competitors.

Every project is priced individually, because the honest answer is that it depends on what you need. The factors that move the number most: how many pages the site has, how much custom functionality sits behind it, whether existing content needs migrating, what other systems it has to connect to, and whether you’re supplying copy and photography or need us to handle that too.

01 What is the difference between web design and UI/UX design?

Web design covers how your website looks — layout, colour, typography and branding. UI/UX design covers how it works: how easily people find what they need, how clearly the site guides them, and whether it leads them toward the action you want. A site can look excellent and still perform badly if the experience underneath is confusing. We do both, because separating them tends to produce sites that photograph well and convert poorly.

02 Will my website work on mobile and tablets?

Yes. Every site we build is designed mobile-first and fully responsive. Most business websites now get more than half their traffic from phones, so we design for the small screen first and scale up.

03 How involved will I be in the process?

You’ll review and approve at every key stage — goals and research findings, wireframes, visual design drafts, and the staging site before launch. We work in short feedback loops rather than disappearing for six weeks and presenting a finished site.

04 Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes, and it’s a large part of what we do. We audit the current site first, then rebuild around what’s actually underperforming. We map existing URLs, set up redirects and preserve metadata so your existing search rankings carry across.

05 How long does it take?
